Email: jakubosmerabassbaritone@gmail.com

2. What data is processed

This website has no contact form, no user accounts, no newsletter, no analytics and no advertising cookies. Fonts are served from this website itself; no request is sent to Google Fonts.

Server logs: the hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) technically processes your IP address, browser type and time of access in order to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Email: if you write to us by email, your message and address are used only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and deleted when no longer needed.

3. Embedded players (Spotify, YouTube)

Spotify and YouTube players are loaded only after you click "Load player". Until then, no data is sent to these services. After clicking, Spotify AB (Sweden) or Google Ireland Ltd. (YouTube, using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain) receive your IP address and may set cookies; legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 89(3) Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll.). The consent applies only to that page view; reloading the page withdraws it. See the privacy policies of Spotify and Google.

4. External links

Links to streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Tidal, Amazon Music, Deezer, FLO, NetEase) lead to third-party websites, whose content and data processing are the responsibility of their operators.

5. Your rights

If you have any questions about your data or this notice, please write to the email above. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (Art. 15–21 GDPR) — simply contact us by email and we will resolve your request without delay.

6. Copyright

All texts, photographs, recordings and album artwork on this website are protected by copyright (Czech Act No. 121/2000 Coll.). Any use beyond private viewing — including copying, editing or publication — requires prior written permission. Press use of photographs: please request via email.

7. Liability

The content is prepared with care, but no guarantee is given for completeness or timeliness. Liability for linked external content is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
